Professor Volokh Cited in NPR Discussion on Strikedown of N.C. Cyberbulling Law

June 16, 2016—Professor Eugene Volokh was mentioned by National Public Radio article about North Carolina’s anti-cyberbullying law.  Professor Volokh, who tracks cases involving technology and the First Amendment, filed an amicus brief in a case related to the anti-cyberbullying law in the state, arguing that the law is unconstitutional.  Professor Volokh said North Carolina’s law caught his attention because it was so broad.
