Professor Carlson of Emmett Institute Quoted by AP on New CA Laws that Set Stricter Goals for Cutting Emissions

September 8, 2016 – Ann Carlson, Shirley Shapiro Professor of Environmental Law and faculty co-director of the Emmett Institute on Climate Change and the Environment, was quoted by the Associated Press, Washington Post, U.S. News and numerous other media outlets, on the significance of California Governor Jerry Brown’s signing into law new legislation that sets stricter goals for the state to cut greenhouse gas emissions and combat climate change.
