Cara Horowitz of the Emmett Institute Discusses Climate Policy Changes After Trump’s Election with KPCC

November 10, 2016—Cara Horowitz, executive director of the Emmett Institute on Climate Change and the Environment, was interviewed by Southern California Public Radio Station KPCC, discussing the future of California’s climate policies which have been put into question by Donald Trump’s attitudes towards the environment.
