Professor Raustiala Quoted in LA Times on the Complexities Involved in Britain’s Exit from the EU

Professor Kal Raustiala, director of the Burkle Center for International Relations, was quoted in the Los Angeles Times on the numerous hurdles that will be involved in the negotiation process for Britain’s exiting the European Union, which is two years away.  There is “no precedent,” said Raustiala, for the deals that need to be worked out, which will require consideration of trade, legal agreements, and the rights of British expatriates living in EU nations.
