Professor Carlson Comments in Washington Post on Likely Consequence of US Withdrawal from Paris Climate Accord

Professor Ann Carlson, faculty co-director of the Emmett Institute on Climate Change and the Environment, commented in a Washington Post article on what a likely consequence might be should President Trump decide to withdraw U.S. participation in the Paris Climate Accord.  “It provides an opportunity for China to exert itself on the global stage” after the U.S. leaves a “leadership vacuum,” said Carlson.
