Cara Horowitz of Emmett Institute Interviewed by KPCC on California’s Leadership on Climate Change

Cara Horowitz, co-executive director of the Emmett Institute on Climate Change and the Environment, was interviewed by KPCC’s “Take Two” about California’s role in the fight against climate change.  Horowitz discussed the numerous ways that California has led the charge towards reducing climate emissions, something that could uniquely position the state to become the flag bearer for environmental issues should the US withdraw from the Paris Climate Accord.
