E&E News Talks to Sean Hecht About Possible Protections for L.A. River

Professor Sean Hecht commented in E&E News’ Greenwire in a discussion of whether the Los Angeles River, largely a concrete-lined waterway that is dry most of the year, might survive the Trump administration’s efforts to limit Clean Water Act protections. With the issue of protection centering on how tributaries are defined, Hecht said tributaries could become a "more complicated question" under a Trump rule.
