Scientific American Cites Cara Horowitz on COP23 Global Climate Meeting

Cara Horowitz, co-executive director of the Emmett Institute on Climate Change and the Environment, was cited by Scientific American in an article about the 23rd Conference of the Parties (COP23), a global climate change meeting that aims to implement the 2015 Paris Climate Accord.  The Paris Accord, “was a landmark agreement,” said Horowitz.  “But it left many of the details about [implementation] still to be negotiated.”
