New York Magazine Cites Eugene Volokh on Trump’s Tax Cuts

Professor Eugene Volokh was cited in a New York Magazine discussion of President Trump’s tax cuts, and why they might increase the federal deficit.  Under Trump’s plan, because state income tax will no longer be fully deductible, additional tax revenues would flow to the federal government as a result.  However, as Professor Volokh points out in his blog, states could switch to a payroll tax and make those revenues disappear.
