L.A. Times Cites Eugene Volokh in Editorial Addressing 1st Amendment Court Case

The Los Angeles Times editorial board cited Professor Eugene Volokh in reference to a court case involving free speech, in which a man posted anti-Muslim statements on the Facebook page of an Islamic Center.  “Those comments were hateful and repellent, but they were also protected by the 1st Amendment,” wrote the Times editorial board, which named Volokh as a 1st Amendment expert and proponent.
