Ann Carlson Cited by TIME on Effects of Obama Era Environmental Policies on Auto Market

Professor Ann Carlson was cited by TIME magazine in a discussion of why Environmental Protection Agency head Scott Pruitt’s recent rollback on auto emissions standards set during the Obama era fell flat with the auto industry.  Although a rollback has long been sought by automakers, now that auto industry emission standards have changed, automakers will face a new set of challenges. Without the rules, said Carlson, “we’re going to see a different kind of auto market.”
