Professor Volokh Discusses Roy Gomm Elementary School's Uniform Policy in Two Reno Gazette-Journal Articles
October 8, 2013 -- Professor Eugene Volokh discusses the legal battle surrounding the Roy Gomm Elementary School uniform policy. Eugene Volokh is arguing the appeal made by the Fruddens, a couple with two students at the elementary school.
"The Gomm policy is not content-neutral dress policy because it provides an exemption for uniforms of nationally recognized youth organizations such as Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts," Volokh argues.
