Trending Employment Law Topics in the Olympics

This session examines emerging employment law issues within the Olympic movement, including whether elite athletes should be classified as employees and what that would mean for wages, benefits, and collective bargaining rights. It also explores labor and workplace issues connected to hosting the Games, including working conditions for construction, event, and support staff.

Join UCLA School of Law Professor Ireneo A. Reus III, USC Gould School of Law Professor Jibit Cinar, and more for an immersive discussion.
