At stake are fundamental questions about the future of law, human rights, and democratic life in an era defined by securitization and permanent emergency. 

We invite you to join us for this timely symposium, where we will bring together scholars, advocates, and others to reflect on the legacies of the War on Terror—and to imagine more just futures beyond its frameworks of fear, exclusion, and militarization.
